• I will always describe condition, faults or problems as accurately as possible and I will describe all items to the best of my knowledge.
• If you have any queries or questions regarding anything, please contact me before ordering.
• I reserve the right to cancel an order or to not complete the sale in instances were fraud may be identified.
• Items will be sent by 1st class or parcel post, unless we specify anything different.
• Sometimes, at my discretion I may opt to send items by Recorded or Special delivery. If we choose to send an item(s) in this way, there will be no charge to the consumer.
• The postage cost charged includes packaging, administration, as well as the postal cost.
• I always get proof of postage. I cannot be held responsible for the loss of any items via the Royal Mail delivery service. In circumstances were an item is lost in the post, I will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with any outcome of any missing items via the Royal Mail service.
• I am happy to accept payment by Postal Order or Cheque. Please allow 5 working days from when we receive your cheque, for funds to clear. Your item will be dispatched as soon as funds have cleared. Cheques should be made payable to Zoo Cosmetics and Beauty and posted to the following address -

• Standard rate £1.50 for any single item
• £2.99 for any 2 items and above totalling less than £40.00
• Free with any order over £40.00
• Local delivery service available in Hull free of charge when minimum order is more than £25.00
• Delivery days are Wednesday & Friday (Weekend and evening delivery may be available on request)

Postal service outside of the UK

• Standard rate £2.99 for any single item
• £3.99 for any 2 items and above totalling less than £40.00
• £7.99 for all orders totalling over £40.00 (this is due to the weight, size and destination)

All charges include postage, packaging and administration.

All orders placed as a group (i.e - various orders from one work setting) will automatically qualify for free delivery service in Hull

Cosmetic Parties / Gatherings (In Hull)

You can arrange for a representative to come to your home / workplace (minimum audience 6+ people) Were you can try / purchase and order any items from us.
Delivery of your orders will be within two working days of ordering, free of charge to the original address
Payment must be made for your goods at time of delivery
Host will also receive a discount on their personal purchases or alternatively have a choice of a free gift
